Ok, here’s the deal: Summer is just around the corner and it’s time to get a little more serious about the gym, and cut back on the carbs. UGH. Diets can be the worst, and I’m not really the “disciplined” type, but that’s ok. Let’s look at the glass half full. Healthy things taste good too, and ya know what? That doesn’t sound half bad. But, TRUTH: If I’m going to eatsalad for a meal, I’m going to need it to have a little pizazz. A little variety and whole lot of flavor.
