- Preheat – Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 10 minutes.
- Cut – Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1/4″ to 1/2″ strips on a cutting board (more info on this below, if needed).
- Season – Add the sweet potato strips to a large bowl and drizzle with the oil and seasoning. Then, toss to coat.
- Cook – Add only a couple of handfuls of the fries to the basket and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. Take care to shake the basket every few minutes or so!
