    Vodka Sour with Pineapple Juice

    Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

A vodka sour with pineapple juice is eons better than vodka sour with sweet and sour. This vodka sour cocktail is souped up with all the right ingredients: vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice. It's sweet, tart, and we're willing to bet it'll remind you of one of your favorite childhood candies.

An overhead shot of a glass filled with ice and the cocktail. A wooden skewer is lying across the top of the glass that has alternating candy and fresh pineapple. Scattered around the cocktail are starburst candies all sitting on a woven placemat.

If you are one of those people who just truly detest the flavor of booze, yet likes to have a cocktail in hand every now and again -- this one is for you. Pineapple juice cloaks the vodka in sweet and sour goodness, making for a much more enjoyable sipping experience.

The flavors might remind you of something tangy, sugary, fruity and juicy. Something eerily similar to Starbursts. Oh, yes. This cocktail tastes remarkably similar to those bright and happy, chewy little squares. And now, you can consume them as an adult beverage in liquid form.

HOW TO MAKE A VODKA SOUR WITH PINEAPPLE JUICE

This is an insanely easy cocktail to make -- no shaker, no specialty glasses needed. Just a short glass (also known as a rocks glass) and some ice are all you'll have to on hand.

Add the vodka, liqueur, pineapple juice, and the squeeze of a lime wedge to a glass filled with ice. Stir and enjoy it!
