The Anthony Kitchen's original simple seasoning mix perfect for proteins!

A close up shot of TAK House Seasoning in a white dish.

Rather than having to pull out 3-5 separate spice jars everytime I want to spruce up a hunk of protein, I whip up a quick and easy batch of my TAK House Seasoning. It's neutral enough in flavor to be used in just about any chicken, turkey, pork, or beef recipe, yet flavorful enough to make that recipe exceedingly better.

The seasoning consists of a simple mixture of Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. To make the spice mixture, measure out the spices as indicated in the recipe and transfer to an airtight container. Use a fork or whisk to combine, or seal and shake until mixed. Then, you're completely set with weeks worth of seasoning!

Try TAK's House Seasoning in recipes like:

Panko Crusted Pork Chops, Simple Whole Roasted Chicken, Fork-Tender Pot Roast, Sweet Potato and Turkey Hash, Chicken Fried Steak, and so many more!
