MIX TOGETHER SALT, PEPPER, PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER AND ONION POWDER.  

ADD THE GROUND PORK FOLLOWED BY THE SPICE MIXTURE, SUGAR AND FRESH HERBS. MIX WITH YOUR HANDS UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO 8 PATTIES AND FORM INTO DISCS.

CREATE A DIVOT IN THE CENTER OF EACH PATTY.

COOK ON A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
