CABBAGE AND SAUSAGE

ADD THE OIL TO A PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.

ADD THE SAUSAGE SLICES AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND SET ASIDE.

ADD THE ONION AND SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINUTES AND THEN ADD THE GARLIC.

NOW ADD THE CABBAGE, RED WINE VINEGAR, SALT AND PEPPER AND STIR TO COMBINE.

REDUCE THE HEAT AND PUT A LID ON THE PAN.  COOK FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL SOFTENED.  THEN ADD THE SAUSAGE BACK IN.
