ONCE THE CHEESE STARTS TO MELT, USE A SPATULA TO TO FOLD THE SIDE WITH CHEESE.
HOLD THE QUESADILLA DOWN WITH THE SPATULA UNTIL IT IS MELDED TOGETHER.
