CHICKEN MEATBALLS

COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS AND MILK AND STIR UNTIL MILK IS ABSORBED.  NEXT, ADD THE EGG, ONION, GARLIC, PARSLEY, PARMESAN, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER.

ADD THE GROUND CHICKEN AND GENTLY MIX TO COMBINE.

USE A COOKIE SCOOP TO FORM AND MAKE THE PERFECT SIZE MEATBALLS.  TRANSFER TO A BAKING SHEET.

LIGHTLY SPRITZ THE MEATBALLS WITH COOKING SPRAY AND BAKE 25-30 MINUTES.
