CHOCOLATE GRAVY 

ADD SUGAR, COCOA POWDER, FLOUR, AND SALT TO A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN AND WHISK TO COMBINE.

PLACE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, AND VERY SLOWLY, STEAM IN MILK, WHISKING ALL THE WHILE.

BRING TO A SIMMER AND REDUCE HEAT TO MAINTAIN SIMMER FOR 5-7 MINUTES. STIR OFTEN TO KEEP THE BOTTOM FROM SCORCHING.

ONCE THICKENED, REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD THE BUTTER AND VANILLA. STIR UNTIL MELTED.

SERVE OVER WARM BISCUITS AND ENJOY!
