WHISK TO COMBINE THE FLOUR, COCOA POWDER, AND SALT.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES IN PREPARED BAKING PAN. ALLOW TO COMPLETELY COOL.

MICROWAVE THE HEAVY CREAM FOR 30 SECONDS AND THEN ADD THE CHOPPED CHOCOLATE AND SITR UNTIL SMOOTH.

ADD IN THE CORN SYRUP AND STIR ONCE MORE. POUR THE GANACHE OVER THE BROWNIES.

SPRINKLE THE RAINBOW CHIP SPRINKLES ACROSS THE TOP AND TRANSFER TO THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 2-3 HOURS.

ONCE SET, LIFT THE OVERHANG OF FOIL AND CAREFULLY CUT BROWNIES INTO SQUARES.
