TURN OFF THE HEAT AND ADD THE SOUR CREAM AND 1 CUP OF CHEESE.
STIR IN HALF OF THE TATOR TOTS IN WITH THE BEEF MIXTURE. THEN, POUR THE REST OF THE TATOR TOTS ON TOP.
TOP WITH THE REMAINING CHEESE AND BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.
