MIX THE SHREDDED CHICKEN AND CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL.
WRAP THE TORTILLAS IN A DAMP PAPER TOWEL AND WARM THEM IN THE MICROWAVE.
ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF THE FILLING TO THE CENTER OF THE TORTILLA.
ROLL THEM TIGHTLY AND ADD THEM TO THE HOT OIL.
FRY THEM 30-45 SECONDS ON EACH SIDE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
