FRIED SQUASH

INGREDIENTS FOR DREDGING:

CORNMEAL FLOUR EGGS SALT  PEPPER WHOLE MILK HOT SAUCE

SLICE THE SQUASH INTO 1/4 INCH ROUNDS.

ADD THE EGGS, MILK, AND HOT SAUCE TO A BOWL AND ADD THE SQUASH.

WHISK TOGETHER THE FLOUR, CORNMEAL, SALT AND PEPPER.  AFTER WELL MIXED ADD THE SQUASH AND DREDGE COMPLETELY.

ADD OIL TO A LARGE FRYING PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. THE OIL NEEDS TO BE AT 350-370 DEGREES.

COOK SQUASH 2.5-3 MINUTES EACH UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
