Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Transfer to a colander and run cool water over it until the pasta is no longer steaming.
Add the pasta to a large mixing bowl and pour over the Italian dressing. Add the salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Prep the mozzarella, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, parsley, salami, olives, and parmesan.
