LEMON MUFFINS

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Then , add the butter and whisk until combined.

Stir in the dry ingredients in 3 additions, alternating with the buttermilk.

Fill the liners or muffin cup ¾ of the way full.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

 Set aside to cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.

To Make the Glaze:

Whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice and salt.

Drizzle the glaze over the muffins and allow to set.
