LOBSTER

RAVIOLI

Cook and drain the pasta, taking care to reserve some pasta water.

Cook diced shallot in olive oil until soft. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more.

Add white wine and allow it to cook down.

Add in the pasta water...

Tomato paste...

And heavy cream.

Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the minced tarragon and cooked lobster.

Stir in the pasta, serve, and enjoy!
