MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE 

IN A SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COMBINE MILK, SUGAR, COCOA POWDER, CINNAMON, CHILI POWDER AND CAYENNE.

WHISK TO COMBINE.

ADD THE CHOPPED CHOCOLATE AND STIR UNTIL MELTED.

DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD VANILLA AND STIR ONCE MORE.

POUR INTO MUGS, TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND CINNAMON STICKS.
