WHISK CORNSTARCH AND SOY SAUCE TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH.

SEASON SHRIMP WITH OIL AND SPICES AND TOSS TO COAT.

COOK THE SHRIMP IN A SINGLE LAYER FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.

COOK THE ONIONS, BELL PEPPER, AND MUSHROOMS IN OIL UNTIL SOFTENED.

ADD THE CABBAGE MIX, BOK CHOY, STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.

ADD THE SAUCE TO THE VEGGIE MIXTURE AND COOK 2 MORE MINUTES MORE. ADD THE NOODLES AND SHRIMP. TOSS TO COAT.
