Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.

Toss with oil, Kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest.

Cook the shrimp in a single layer, for about 2 minutes on each side.

Remove the shrimp from the pan, and add in the tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and reserved pasta water.

Once softened, add in cooked pasta and toss.

Add the shrimp, stir, and enjoy!
