Add flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and onion powder to a large zip-top bag. Seal and shake.

Add in chicken legs and thighs.

Seal and shake until coated.

Sauté onion in oil until soft.

Sprinkle with flour and stir to coat.

Add in chicken broth, a big splash at a time, stirring after each addition.

Add half and half...

... salt and pepper.

Nestle in the chicken and simmer until cooked through.
