PLACE A NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD THE OLIVE OIL AND ALLOW TO HEAT THROUGH.
CRACK THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME INTO A SMALL BOWL AND GENTLY POUR THEM INTO THE PAN.
ALLOW THE EGGS TO SIT FOR 1 MINUTE, UNTIL THE WHITE TURNS OPAQUE ON THE BOTTOM.
USE A SMALL SPOON TO BASTE ANY UNCOOKED EGG WHITES WITH HOT OIL FROM THE PAN.
