Raspberry Mascarpone Fruit Dip

  • 16 oz Mascarpone room temperature
  • 1/4 c Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 c Raspberry Preserves
  • 1/3 c Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Zest and Juice of One Lemon
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together both the Mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth. If you don't have a stand mixer, use a mixing bowl and a handheld mixer. 

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth once more.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled through, one to two hours.
