Ingredients
  • 2-3 pound pork loin
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° and have ready a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil (optional) and fitted with a rack. 
  2. Pat the pork loin dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with canola oil and rub all over. Sprinkle with the seasoning and rub to adhere.

  3. Place pork loin fat side up on the roasting rack and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature registers between 145-160°. Once desired temperature has been reached, pull from the oven and allow to rest 10-15 minutes.
