Peanut Butter Blondies are a salty-sweet, thick and chewy treat for peanut butter lovers! Whip up the batter in less than 15 minutes and it's time to bake!
Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg, yolk, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and whisk or stir to completely combine. Then, stir in the dry ingredients.
Add the batter to the prepared dish, and smooth over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes more. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting.
For a "less done" blondie, pull from the oven after 28-30 minutes, and allow to cool completely before cutting.
