Smoked Brisket Tacos are a quick and easy way to turn your BBQ beef brisket leftovers into a whole new meal! Juicy, bite-sized bits of brisket get wrapped in a tortilla and topped with chopped tomatoes, jalapenos, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of crema.
Microwave the leftover brisket in a microwave-safe bowl or container, covered by a damp paper towel until warmed to your liking.
Transfer the brisket to a work surface and chop into small bits and pieces. You should have about 2 cups of chopped brisket.
Add about a 1/4 cup of brisket to each tortilla and top as desired. Serve and enjoy!
