A club sandwich featuring ham, turkey, thick-cut bacon, cheese, vegetables, and a homemade honey mustard sauce.
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the bacon and saute for 8-10 minutes or until crispy, turning half way though. Transfer to the plate and set aside until ready to use.
Divide the above ingredients amongst four sandwiches, begin the assembly. Assemble in this order, if desired: Spread honey mustard across a slice of bread, and top with ham, followed by cheese, bacon and another slice of bread. Spread honey mustard across the second layer of bread and top with tomatoes, lettuce and turkey. Add one last dollop of honey mustard over the turkey and top with last layer of bread.
Cut the sandwich diagonally in half, and then into quarters, if desired. Insert toothpicks in each quarter to keep in tact, if desired, serve and enjoy.
