ADD THE GROUND BEEF AND GENTLY MIX TO COMBINE.

ROLL 2 TABLESPOONS OF THE MEAT MIXTURE INTO A BALL AND TRANSFER TO A BAKING SHEET.

LIGHTLY SPRITZ THE MEATBALLS WITH COOKING SPRAY AND BAKE 25-30 MINUTES.
