Ingredients
8ounceslump crab meat
⅓cupplain breadcrumbs
⅓cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼cupmayonnaise
⅓cup green onions, sliced
1large egg, slightly beaten
2tablespoonsfinely diced red bell pepper
2tablespoonschopped parsley
1tablespoondijon mustard
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonOld Bay Seasoning
Cooking spray
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the crab, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onions, beaten egg, bell pepper, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning. Gently fold the mixture together until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 patties. Transfer the patties to a small baking sheet (or another flat, food-safe surface) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Once the crab cakes are chilled, preheat the air fryer to 375°F and have ready a sheet of parchment paper cut to fit the bottom of the basket. Do not add the parchment paper before preheating.
Remove the air fryer basket and carefully place the parchment paper inside. Spritz the parchment with cooking oil, add the crab cakes, and spritz oil over the crab cakes.
Air fry for about 16 minutes, turning the crab cakes halfway through.
