Ingredients
¼cupmayonnaise
4ouncescrumbled blue cheese, separated (such as Maytag or Gorgonzola Dolce)
½cupsour cream
Juice of half a lemon
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoondried mustard
½teaspoonKosher salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Add the mayonnaise and half of the blue cheese to a small bowl. Using the tines of a fork, mash the blue cheese into the mayo and stir.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together the remaining ingredents and add the blue cheese mixture. Stir once more. Add the remaining blue cheese and delicately fold it into the dressing, taking care not to break it apart. Serve and enjoy!
