2(1.4 ounce) Heath barsfinely chopped, separated (or a ½ cup of toffee bits, separated)
⅔cupSmucker's salted caramel
Sliced red and green apples for serving
Instructions
Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla and mix in a large mixing bowl and mix with a handheld mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
Add the miniature chocolate chips and half of the chopped toffee and mix once more.
Spread the mixture evenly across a serving dish and drizzle with salted caramel. Smooth over with an offset spatula and sprinkle with the remaining toffee and an extra drizzle of caramel, if desired.
