Ingredients
2cupscold heavy whipping cream
⅓cuppowdered sugar
¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
¼teaspoonfine sea salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment and beat on medium speed for about 5-6 minutes for soft peaks and 6-7 minutes for stiff peaks.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
