4cupsFrozen Cranberries
1cupGranulated Sugar
⅓cupLight Brown Sugar
½teaspoon Kosher Salt
½teaspoon of Orange Zest
¼teaspoon Cinnamon
⅛teaspoon Ground Ginger
Pinchof Lemon Zest
Pinchof Cloves
Instructions
Add cranberries, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Allow the sugars to meltdown, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and allow to rapidly simmer until the majority of the cranberries are broken down, about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool, serve and enjoy.
