Ingredients
1cupReposado or Silver tequila
1cupfresh-squeezed lime juice(from about 2 limes)
½cuporange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or Triple Sec)
½cupsimple syrup
6cupsice
Instructions
Add the tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and 4 cups of ice to the blender.
Cover and begin blending on low. Once the ice starts to appear crushed, gradually increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth and frosty. If you like your margaritas on the thicker side, add another cup of ice and blend again. Repeat once more if necessary.
