Ingredients
2teaspoonsKosher salt
2teaspoons paprika
2teaspoonsground mustard
1teaspoonblack pepper
¾teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoondried thyme
Instructions
Combine spices in a small bowl and mix to combine.
RECOMMENDED MEATLOAF RECIPE:
Add meatloaf seasoning ingredients to a large mixing bowl with a ½ cup of breadcrumbs. Add a ½ cup of milk and 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and mix to combine. Add 2 pounds of ground beef and 1 minced onion. Mix to combine.
Shape into a skinny, narrow loaf on a rimmed sheet pan and top with ketchup glaze. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour.
