Ingredients
3seeded jalapenos
½ white onion
2cloves of garlic
½cupcilantro leaves
Juice of 3 limes
2(14-ounce) canscrushed tomatoes
2 ½teaspoonsKosher salt
2teaspoonsgranulated sugar
2teaspoonscumin
1 ½teaspoonchili powder
1 ½teaspoon paprika
1 ½teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoononion powder
½cupwater
Instructions
Roughly chop the jalapeños, onion, garlic, and cilantro and add it to a blender or a food processor fitted with a blade attachment.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and process until pureed and smooth to your liking. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to one week.
