Ingredients
4cupschopped Romaine lettucewashed and dried
3cupsthinly sliced, cooked chicken breasts
2cupsbaby arugulawashed and dried
2-3cupsSeneca dried apple chips
4vine-ripened tomatoes(on the smaller side), sided and cut into 6 wedges
½red onionthinly sliced
⅓cupcrumbled blue cheeseMaytag or Gorgonzola
⅓cuppecan halves(chopped if you'd like)
Panera Fuji Apple Vinaigrette Dressing
Instructions
Combine Romaine, arugula, apple chips, sliced chicken breasts, tomato wedges, sliced red onion, blue cheese crumbles, and pecan halves in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with the desired amount of vinaigrette dressing and gently toss to combine. Serve and enjoy.
