Ingredients
⅔cupwater
⅔cup granulatedsugar
1 ¼cupwhite rum
¾cupfreshly squeezed lime juice
4cups (about 24-ounces)frozen peach slices
2cupsice
Instructions
MAKE THE SIMPLE SYRUP
Add the water and sugar to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally, and allow the mixture to boil until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely.
MAKE THE DAIQUIRIS
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and secure the lid. Begin blending on low speed and work your way up to high.
Once the mixture is smooth to your liking, divide amongst 4 glasses, garnish as desired, serve and enjoy!
