Ingredients
FOR THE PEACH PUREE:
2poundspeaches, peeled and sliced
FOR THE MARGARITAS:
3tablespoonspeach puree
1 ½ouncesilver or reposado tequila
1ounce peach schnapps
¾ouncefreshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
½ouncesimple syrup

MAKE THE PEACH PUREE:
Place the peach slices into a blender or the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade attachment. Secure the lid and process until smooth. Makes about 1 ¾ cups of puree, enough for 6-8 margaritas.
PREP YOUR GLASS:
To make the margarita, garnish the glass with a salt or sugar rim, if desired. Then, fill it to the top with ice.
MIX UP YOUR MARGARITAS:
For one margarita, add ice to a shaker, followed by 3 tablespoons of peach puree and the other listed measurements of tequila, peach schnapps, lime juice, and simple syrup. Secure the lid on the shaker tightly and shake until chilled.
Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass. Serve and enjoy!
