Ingredients

Pimm’s
Juice of half a lemon

ounces
ginger ale
3-4
thinly sliced cucumbers rounds
Optional:
Sliced oranges
Sliced strawberries
Sliced lemon
Sprig of mint for garnish
if desired
Instructions
Add ice to a highball or collins glass.
Pour over the Pimms and squeeze in the lemon juice. Add the ginger ale to fill the glass almost to the top. Stir to combine.
Add cucumber slices, and any additional drink fillers and garnishes, if desired.
