beef drippings

unsalted or low-sodium beef broth

red wine

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to saucepan over medium high heat and allow to come to a boil.
Reduce the heat to maintain a rapid simmer. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes and allow to reduce by a ⅓.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Serve with prime rib roast or leftover prime rib sandwiches, and enjoy!
