Ingredients

bunch of asparagus
tough ends removed
1
tablespoon
olive oil
½
teaspoon
Kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper

ounces (about 2 packages)
thinly-sliced prosciutto
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° and have ready a rimmed baking sheet lined with either parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Lay the asparagus out on a work surface and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss until well coated.
Gently, wrap 3-4 asparagus with a piece of prosciutto. The tighter you can get it, the better.
Bake for 8 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and transfer to serving dish or plates.
