Ingredients
2 ½cupsmilk chocolate chips, preferably Guittard brand (do NOT use Nestle brand - they do not melt well)
½cupheavy cream
¼teaspoonfine sea salt
1(12-ounce) pacakgejet-puffed marshmallows
Graham crackers for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and have ready a small, 3-4 cup baking dish or an 8" oven-safe skillet.
Add the baking chips and cream to the dish and transfer to the oven for about 3 minutes.
After the chocolate chips have started to melt, remove the dish from the oven and carefully stir until the mixture is completely smooth. Add the salt and stir once more.
Gently press the marshmallows into circular rows on top of the melted chocolate, placing the marshmallows as close together as possible.
Transfer the dish back to the oven and bake for an additional 5-6 minutes. If you like your marshmallows extra toasty, turn on the broiler and watch closely until they are browned to your liking. The broiler works quickly; do not step away.
Remove from the oven and serve as soon the dish is no longer hot to the touch, about 10 minutes. Serve with graham crackers and enjoy!
