Ingredients
FOR THE DRESSING:

honey

balsamic vinegar

FOR THE SALAD:

washed and dried baby spinach leaves

Instructions
MAKE THE DRESSING
Add the honey, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, Kosher salt, and pepper to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking all the while. Set aside while you prepare the salad.
ASSEMBLE THE SALAD
Add all of the salad ingredients to the bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
