1tablespoonavocado or canola oil
2pounds 90/10 lean ground beef
1(8-ounce) cantomato sauce
2teaspoons Kosher salt
1tablespoonchili powder
1tablespoonground cumin
1 ½ teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonpaprika
¾cupwater
Instructions
Add the oil to a large skillet over medium heat and allow to come to temperature.
Add the ground beef and break apart with a spatula. Brown the ground beef, stirring often, for about 8-10 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, seasoning, and water, and allow to come to a simmer. Reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer and cook for about 5-10 minutes more, stirring often. Serve and enjoy!
