FOR THE WAFFLE MIX (MAKES 3 BATCHES):
5 ¼cupall-purpose flour
½cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsbaking powder
1 ½teaspoonfine sea salt
WET INGREDIENTS PER BATCH:
2eggsslightly beaten
1 ⅓cupwhole milk
¼cupmelted unsalted butter (or canola oil)
½teaspoonpure vanilla extract

TO MAKE THE WAFFLE MIX:
To make the dry waffle mix, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a large, airtight container. Feel free to double the recipe, if you'd like.
Whisk to combine and make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed and well-mixed. Seal and store in a cool, dry place.
TO MAKE THE WAFFLES:
Turn the waffle maker on to the desired setting.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together eggs, milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla. Add 2 cups of waffle mix to the wet mixture and stir with a wooden spoon just until combined. Do not over mix.
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter to the machine for each waffle crevice. Cook according to your machine's instructions, serve, and enjoy.
