Blue Cheese Dip

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

This dip literally takes less than 10 minutes to make and is guaranteed to be the best Blue Cheese Dip you've ever had. Our secret ingredient combo yields superior flavor, and thanks to a simple mixing hack, other dips don't hold a candle to the consistency of this one .

Blue Cheese Dip with vegetables and wings

It's savory, tangy, and creamy, with the perfect amount of blue cheese crumble. It's absolutely perfect alongside buffalo wings, on a veggie platter, or even atop a wedge salad.

Any time I've entertained with this dip, our company goes absolutely insane for it, much like our blue cheese sauce. People leave asking for the recipe and are shocked at how easy it is. I use it a ton for game days and dinner parties -- so versatile!

How to Make Blue Cheese Dip

Move over, ranch! Once you make this dip, America's most popular dressing just might not cut it for you anymore.

Combine Mayo + Blue Cheese | Add the mayonnaise and half of the blue cheese to a small bowl. Using the tines of a fork, mash the blue cheese into the mayo and stir.

Combine All Ingredients | In a small mixing bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients and add the blue cheese mixture. Stir once more. Add the remaining blue cheese and delicately fold it into the dressing, not breaking it apart. Serve and enjoy!

What to Serve with Blue Cheese Dip

Anything buffalo: buffalo sliders, buffalo wings, and buffalo chicken salad.

Serve on a veggie platter with carrots, celery, bell pepper, radishes, and buffalo cauliflower if you want to kick it up a notch.

We love this dip as a dressing on our apple, bacon, and blue cheese salad or cobb salad. If you'd like a thinner consistency for the dressing, add a tablespoon of milk and stir. Repeat until you've reached the desired consistency.

When you make this blue cheese dip once, it'll become a regular on your roster, and you might find yourself looking for more ways to use it. Sub this in for the ranch in our ranch potato salad. And we certainly wouldn't turn down a spoonful on a burger.
